بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْحُمَىٰ وَالسُّقَمِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الْأَسْقَامِ

Bismillahi'r-Rahmani'r-Rahim. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-humma wal-siqami wal-judhama, wa min sayyi'il-asqam.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from fever, illness, leprosy, and from the evil of diseases.
